6:45 pm Panel Discussion: Storytelling in the Age of the Internet
Stories that have a vision on now, look to our future.
Over the years, the formats for storytelling have changed: starting with the oral tradition, to text, radio, film, TV and then video, digital and now the internet. How was this new format changed the nature of storytelling? What value have we gained? And, what have we lost? Storytelling in the age of the internet - what that is, and how has it affected our lives.

3:05 pm Industry Workshop: Creating a Webisode - Jorge Rivera
The revolution will not be televised, it will be digitized, and it's already here: YouTube viewers around the globe are now watching at least 4 billion hours worth of video per month. 72 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute. More video is uploaded to YouTube in one month than the 3 major US networks created during 60 years of television. That's a revolution.
In this one hour workshop, learn how you can join the movement by launching your own webseries, maintaining that webseries and maybe even turning a profit.
