             Vice Chair of the Producers’ Guild of America’s New Media Council

Caitlin Burns is a producer and business consultant for media companies. An Entrepreneur in Residence for the US Fund for UNICEF, Ms. Burns spent the previous year as a Founder at Datavized, an Immersive Design and technology Lab focused on VR, WebVR and AR applications of Data Visualization. Her interests lie at the connection of human experience and storytelling technologies, looking for ways to inspire populations through art.
 
For 10 years, Ms. Burns worked as a Transmedia Producer and Franchise Strategist for media companies dealing with emerging business models and multiplatform coordination. Past clients include Pirates of the Caribbean, Disney Fairies, Disney Descendants and Tron Legacy for Disney, James Cameron’s Avatar for Fox, Halo for Microsoft, Happiness Factory for The Coca-Cola Company, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Nickelodeon and Transformers for Hasbro. She has also worked with Showtime, Pepperidge Farm, Diageo, The Canadian Media Fund, The Oregon Health Authority, Tribeca New Media Fund, UNICEF, FEMSA, Wieden+Kennedy, Reebok, Stratasys and the US Government.

 CEO / Creative Director / Certified Unity® Developer, VRVU –Organizer of NYC VR University – Host of Build and Run Podcast

Lex is an award winning VR/AR developer. When he’s not deep in code, developing the future of VR/AR for major brands – he runs NYC VR University – an official Unity® meetup where he and his team teach the community how to make VR and AR – for free. He hosts a 360 video podcast for Unity® developers called Build and Run Build-Run.com.

Daniel Durning is a NYC based artist, educator and media producer, with vast range of professional experiences in the field of digital media production. He has developed projects in, film, video, 3-D animation, and interactive media for prestigious clients including Disney, Sci-Fi Channel, American Heritage and IBM. As an artist he exhibits his digital art works internationally.
 
He is a Professor of Computer Graphics at LIU and teaches subjects ranging from 3-D animation, broadcast motion graphics, digital video production, web design and fine arts courses at colleges in the NYC area including SVA, Pratt, LIU, & City Tech.
 
He has extensive curatorial experience developing events such as The Red Hook International Film Festival and NYC SIGGRAPH, MetroCAF, The Metropolitan Area Computer Animation Festival.
 
Additionally he regularly produces and hosts a popular internet radio show, “Art & Technology: Discussions with Visual and Sound Artists”, for Clocktower Radio, www.clocktower.org.
 
He is the Creative Director at Fantastic Image and internet design and advertising firm.
